Colouring foodstuffs

Colouring foodstuffs are derived from traditional foods such as vegetables, fruits and spices. They are standardized for colour maintaning the initial balance of typical sensory and colouring properties of the source. These colours can be use without E-numbers and they are such as beet root, paprika, turmeric root, burnt sugar, black carrot and spinach.
